The difference of these categories has to do with the purity of the color. For example A1 is almost plain white, A2 has some light spots and so on.

Nowadays, Pighes White is exported in large quantities all over the world but mainly in Brazil, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and more and used in large projects such as hotels, public buildings etc.
Our company can supply Pighes White marble in various shapes like slabs, tiles and cut to sizes.
The average slab dimensions are 220-270 x 130-170 cm
Especially in tiles we can provide big quantities with immediate delivery from our stock in popular sizes like 60x60x2 , 60x30x2 and 30x30x2 cm with polished or honed surface.

The company “MARBLE OURGANTZIDIS S.A.” is operating under the trade name DESIGNSTONE and is acting since 1983 in the field of natural stones. We have established ourselves as a major manufacturer and exporter of white marble from Greece.
Our main activity is the extraction of white marble blocks from our own quarry in Drama where we produce two types of marble. These two types are Pighes White and Volakas White.
We also have our own factory in Thessaloniki where we process our white marble in slabs, tiles and cut to size in any desired form.
Besides our own Pighes White and Volakas White we also work with popular Greek marbles like Thassos White, Ariston White, Kyknos White as well as with Sivec White, Vratsa Beige, Adria Grey and many others due to strong partnerships with the quarry owners of these quarries.
